Discovery Call

This will allow us to get to know each and also give me the opportunity to see how I can best support you in making the changes you would like in your life. I will explain how I work with clients and what the next steps are together. 

Your free coaching call will be held online via Zoom/Skype or over the phone - whichever suits you best.

• No travel required. This is great for those who may not drive and for those that do drive, it saves on petrol, parking, and traffic!
• Less of your time is required as you will not need to add on travel time, meaning you can have your session remotely during your breaks.
• You are able to have your session in your own, comfortable environment, surrounded by your own cushions, possessions, which for some may be more of a comforting experience.
• You avoid public transport and the rush of the crowds.
• Working online ensures that coaching sessions are accessible to everyone including people with mobility challenges.
• I am able to work with clients who live overseas.
